Jared Bailin - CEO
Jared began his career at Eagle Performance Plastics in 1980. He became President and Chief Executive Officer in 1995 after serving in various sales related roles. Today, Jared continues to serve as the CEO guiding the company’s strategic direction and vision.
Lori Sealock - President
Lori has been a valuable part of the management team at Eagle since 2001. Lori has BS degree in Accounting from Lakeland College, as well as a BA in Spanish from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Prior to joining Eagle, Lori held accounting roles in a Fortune 100 company and was Accounting Lead at Dunsirn Industries for 10 years. She is responsible for overseeing all accounting, HR, IT, and other administration functions at Eagle.
Jason Bailin - Vice President - Sales
Jason started at Eagle in October of 2021. He graduated from UW-Oshkosh with a BBA in Supply Chain Management. The next 6 years were spent at Oshkosh Defense in Global Procurement Supply Chain working in both Tactical and Strategic Purchasing. Since joining Eagle, Jason has spent time rotating throughout the shop and office gaining valuable experience in all areas. Jason has since settled into leading the sales team, focusing on business development and setting the company up for future growth.
Stephen Pontius - Vice President - Sourcing and Technical Resource
Stephen began his career at Eagle as a machinist in the Youth Apprenticeship Program in high school. Since 2003, he has attained a Journeyman Machinist Certificate as well as an Associate Degree in Business Management. Stephen’s focus is machining methods and part cost reduction. He is the main technical resource for assisting in part design and material specification.
Customer Account Specialists
Laurie, Deanna and Jodi have nearly 70 years of customer service experience! They take pride in providing extremely reliable and highly responsive attention to their customers. This team is your point of contact at Eagle and is responsible for coordinating quote and order processing as well as expediting ship dates and providing technical resources.
Joan Marmer - Account Manager
Joan joined Eagle’s Outside Sales Team in 2014. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a BBA in Production and Personnel Management. She quickly learned when starting her career that Sales was the best fit for her personality and drive. The majority of her career was spent working for Fortune 500 companies and her passion for connecting companies and their customer has never changed. Being Dale Carnegie trained, along with having mentors that solidified good work ethics, makes Joan an asset to our team.
Forest Gelhar - Account Manager
Forest joined Eagle Performance Plastics in 2025 as an Account Manager covering the South Wisconsin territory. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Prior to joining Eagle, Forest held roles in heavy manufacturing environments, including mining operations and foundry sales, gaining experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, and customer partnership development. Forest enjoys building long-term partnerships with customers and helping them find practical solutions to manufacturing challenges. His approach to sales is influenced by the Sandler methodology, focusing on listening first, understanding each customer’s goals, and working collaboratively to deliver value-driven solutions that support their success. Forest prides himself on bringing a positive attitude and energy to the Eagle team each day.
Jack Flynn - Account Manager
Jack started at Eagle in January of 2026 as an Account Manager covering the East Coast territory (United States). He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interpersonal Communication, and was a 4 year starter on the Titan basketball and track team, winning the National Championship in 2019. Prior to joining Eagle, Jack held an Account Manager role in the stainless steel piping industry, gaining experience in account management, manufacturing operations and customer partnership development.
Kat Polack - Human Resources Manager
Kat joined Eagle’s Team in 2022 as our Human Resource Specialist. She graduated with an Associates Degree in Human Resources from Fox Valley Technical College and brings 5 years of Recruiting and Talent experience with her. Kat’s focus and passion lies within being an Employee Advocate and everyday optimist. Kat enjoys Eagle’s Family oriented Culture best, and is proud to take on the role of growing our Eagle Family.
Alyssa Rosenthal - Quality / ISO Coordinator
Alyssa joined the Eagle team in 2023. She holds a BA in Biology from Carthage College. Alyssa started as a laboratory technician in an ISO certified wet wipe manufacturer then moved on to supervise two quality teams in food before finding a home at Eagle. Now back in her niche, Alyssa works to align the departments with ISO requirements and aims to provide customers not only what they asked for but what they need for their industry.
