G-10 Laminate

G-10 Laminate

G-10 Laminate Overview

What is the Material: G-10 Laminate is a thermoset material, which consists of glass fabric filled with an epoxy resin.

Key Material Features: This material is beneficial in applications requiring low water absorption, dimension stability, mechanical strength, and electrical properties in wet and dry applications.

Other Considerations: FR-4 is a flame retardant grade of G-10, so FR-4 can be substituted for G-10 safety, but G-10 cannot be substituted for FR-4 without understanding the application.
