UHMW-PE Glass
UHMW-PE Glass Overview
What is the Material: UHMW-PE Glass is a semi-crystalline material filled with glass.
Key Material Features: This material is beneficial in applications requiring reinforced structure properties, while maintaining many properties of other UHMW-PE materials including wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, low friction, and low moisture absorption.
Other Considerations: The glass fibers increase the materials structural properties, but the glass fibers can be abrasive.
