UHMW-PE Wax

Overview

What is the Material: UHMW-PE Wax is a semi-crystalline material filled with a solid lubricant additive.

Key Material Features: This material is beneficial in applications requiring reduced friction, while maintaining many of the properties of other UHMW-PE materials including wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance,  chemical resistance, low friction, and low moisture absorption.

Other Considerations: This material is not ideal in applications involving drastic temperature changes and high loads.
